Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt with order number or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline return requests if patterns of abuse such as frequent returns or use of items before returning are detected.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

To start a return, you can contact our customer service team at info@dedracing.com within 1 week of delivery to initiate your return/exchange.

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For damaged items, please include clear photo evidence of the damage.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once we receive your returned item, we will do an inspection to determine if it will be accepted. If approved, we’ll send you an email confirmation and refund details. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be processed for refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It is the customers responsibility to provide a secure deliverable shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders that are returned to us due to an address that is incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable. If you fail to provide a valid email address at checkout we will not be able to provide tracking or delivery updates to you. If tracking confirms delivery of an order but the customer has not received the package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to locate the lost package. We can not be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the provided address.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom ordered items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that were either ordered incorrectly by the customer or if we made an error on our end. Items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dedracing.com.
