Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note: Because we manufacture the majority of our products in house, shipping times may vary depending on product availability and production time. We work hard to ensure the quickest processing time possible, but some items may take longer to ship due to manufacturing schedules.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently offer flat-rate shipping for all orders. The flat rate is calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are fixed, so you’ll know exactly what to expect at checkout. If you have any questions about rates, feel free to reach out to our support team!

International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally. However, please note that some products may not be able to be shipped to certain locations due to local restrictions or regulations.

  • International shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other charges upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.

  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary based on your location, but typically range from 7-14 business days.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect or unsafe address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order to avoid any delays or issues.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a delivery confirmation email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered", we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. If your package is missing after it has been confirmed delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your missing package.

Damaged Items

  • If your order is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our customer service team with photo evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
